You didn't like it? No problem, exchanges and returns are smooth with us. The only condition: please don't wear the item, though you're most welcome to try it on shortly in front of a mirror, or your loved ones.

1. You can exchange and return an item in 14 days, counting from the moment you paid for it. It's the same time for both webstore and for our brick-and-mortar stores.

2. The item must be clean, without any signs of use. I must carry original labels. Sorry, but we cannot exchange or return used items or items that have been adjusted to your needs.

3. You can exchange or return once per order. You cannot exchange an item you got in exchange.

4. When returning or exchanging an item, please present it together with the following:
- Filled return form (PDF / DOCX),
- Bill, invoice or order number, so we can verify your order.

5. To exchange or return an item, please bring it to our nearest store, or send to Sangar AS, Sõpruse pst 2, Tartu 50050, Estonia, European Union.

We can offer a FREE RETURN from most countries, so please email beforehand and ask for availability. If you received the package to by a parcel machine in Baltics, you can use the return code according to the conditions of the service provider.

When returning a shirt, please don't bother with reattaching needles and stuff, just fold the shirt nicely and send it off in the original package.

7. We exchange an item for free for an item with the same price. If the replacement item costs more, you have to pay the difference. As an exception, you do not have to pay extra if you're just getting another size, even if you got the item with a discount. If the replacement item is cheaper than the original one, we unfortunately cannot refund you the price difference.

8. If you cannot find a suitable replacement item, you have the right to get 100% refund for the item, if it is clean, not used nor washed.

9. We do not issue cash refunds in the stores. The money will be transferred to your bank account or through the payment method you used (Paypal, Klarna, Paytrail or similar) immediately but not later than in 14 days since we have accepted the return. The item must be clean and not used, your identity and the original order must be verified. If the item seems to be used or damaged, our manufacturing department will investigate it in 14 days.

10. Please use the goods in with common sense and follow care instructions. Should there still be a problem with the item in two years' time, you are kindly welcomed to return it and provide us feedback. If the problem came with normal usage, we will happily repair the item or offer you a new one.
