Items purchased at the Sangar online store are subject to a 30 day money back or exchange guarantee. Return and exchange is acceptable when the returned products are intact and unused.

To return or exchange a product, please fill out the return and exchange form and add it to the product you wish to return.

The product value will be returned to your bank account as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days of the products arrival to the return address. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

If the ordered product is faulty or you have received the wrong product size or model, please inform us about it and return the product immediately. In such cases we will refund both the product value and the cost of delivery to your bank account as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days.

The replacement product is shipped as soon as the returned product has arrived to the return address. Sangar cannot always guarantee the possibility for exchange due to the constantly changing inventory.

In case the products are purchased during a discount campaign we offer the possibility for replacement or refund only when the purchased product is defective or has been damaged during transportation.

Until receiving the package, Sangar cannot take responsibility for the products. Therefore we recommend choosing the registered mail service when returning the product. Hold on to the posting document to prove the posting.
